In June 2018, Lukas Kusiak was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He oversees the organization's members, ensuring alignment with VAC's mission and readiness to adapt to the fast-changing flight simulation landscape.

Lukas fosters a vibrant organizational culture, driving initiatives that encourage collaboration, boost member morale, and enhance interactions, ultimately elevating overall satisfaction.

Joining in 2007, Lukas has served in roles across operations, online events, and base management. With over a decade of real-world flight operations experience in Canada, he is an active commercial airline pilot flying across North America.
