In May 2018, Daniel Desjardins was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the virtual airline's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across flight operations, member services, and regulatory compliance.
With extensive knowledge of the aviation industry, Daniel manages fleet operations, flight scheduling, and virtual airline processes. He drives operational strategies to boost efficiency and service quality, focusing on process improvements, resource optimization, and adherence to realistic procedures and industry standards.
Since joining the management team in 2012 as Executive Vice President - Human Resources and Director of the Montreal base, Daniel brings over 23 years of real-world Canadian aviation experience, including airport operations and pilot training.
